【課題】本発明は,牛樟芝の有効成分含有量および種類量を増加させる牛樟芝の培養方法を提供する. 【解決手段】該牛樟芝の培養方法では,主に照射光波長を変えることにより,培養した牛樟芝の有効成分含有量および種類量を増加し,さらに培地含水量,培地の組成成分およびその比率,培養温度などの環境要因を調整することにより,牛樟芝の有効成分含有量および種類の増加に寄与する. 【選択図】図1
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culturing method of antrodia cinnamomea in which active ingredient content and types of antrodia cinnamomea are increased.SOLUTION: In a culturing method of the antrodia cinnamomea, active ingredient content and types of cultured antrodia cinnamomea are increased by changing mainly an irradiation light wavelength, and furthermore, adjusting water content of culture medium, composition components of culture medium and their ratio, environmental factors, such as culture temperature, or the like contributes to increasing the effective component content and types of antrodia cinnamomea.
