本發明以豬屠宰副產物─豬肺臟為原料，透過酵素水解，製得分子量小於 3 kDa 的功能性寡肽。該水解產物富含具生物活性的短肽序列（含Tyr、Phe、Trp等），可有效抑制水溶性環氧化物水解酶（sEH）活性並活化 Nrf2/HO-1 抗氧化路徑，藉以降低化療藥物 cisplatin 所造成的卵巢細胞氧化傷害與凋亡。經細胞與 C57BL/6J 動物模型驗證，本技術可顯著維持卵巢濾泡數、降低發炎因子 IL-6 與 MCP-1 表現，並改善卵巢早衰（POF）相關之功能退化。此技術具備高安全性（LD₅₀ 約 55–60 mg/kg）、高產率（約 8–10%）與可量產性，可應用於女性生殖健康、化療輔助營養及寵物繁殖保健產品。同時，該技術亦能提升屠宰副產物利用率，落實循環農業與綠色生技價值，為一項兼具創新性、生物機能性與產業化潛力的全新用途發明。
